Apartment complex with good EV charging?

I'm WFH so no work commute. Looking for an apartment complex with EV charging & close to surrounding chargers. I have a budget of about $1,600. Was mostly looking around midtown, montrose area given my age demographic (early 20s) but with WFH it doesn't really matter.
