Apartment complex recommendations in or around Midtown

Hey everyone!

I am about to move to Houston, and need some apartment recommendations close my work in the Houston Skyline District. I just graduated college and I heard midtown was a good place to live that's not as expensive and close to downtown. I am looking for a single around $1300-$1700 and preferably in a quiet area since I will be working night hours and need some peace and quiet. Would prefer not to have super thin walls or be facing a club.

Any recommendations would be amazing. I currently have been looking into Midtown Arbor Place and St Germain Condos.
