Apartment company Morgan names new CEO
The Morgan Group, a Houston-based company that builds, owns and manages apartments, has named a new CEO and executive vice president.
Philip Morgan took over the position of CEO from his father, Michael Morgan. Meanwhile, Evan Schlecker has been promoted from regional vice president of the company’s East Coast division to executive vice president.
The changes took effect July 1.
