Anywhere to get alibaba head unit fixed?

I purchased an android 10.25 inch aftermarket head unit for my car. It worked flawlessly for a few weeks but the touch response has gone out. I don’t foresee it being super hard to fix, it’s likely the digitizer or the lvds cable, and everything is held together by 8 screws.

I’d rather have if fixed locally then send it back to China, and risk either never seeing it again, shoddy repair work, or months of waiting. Any tips?
