Anywhere to bring feral cats?

Does anyone know any shelters, etc. to bring feral cats? I’m out visiting my parents and their neighbor feeds/attracts dozens of feral cats. My parents have a rather permanent solution to getting rid of them but was curious to see if there was a more animal-friendly solution.
