Anywhere in Houston to get my catalytic convert etched and painted?

Hi – I've checked with my mechanic and a few specialty shops nearby with no luck. I want to get my catalytic converter etched with my VIN and painted neon with high-heat paint. Does anyone know of a shop in or around Houston that can do this? Thanks much!
