Anything Interesting to Do in Houston During a 5-Hour Layover?

I have a 5-hour layover in Houston on this coming Wednesday, before my flight back to Trinidad (this will be my first time in Texas at all), and I was hoping that I could at least get a small taste of Houston while I'm there. Any suggestions?
