Anything fun to do in Houston as a teen with friends?

YEA I know this is probably like the millionth post but I need the suggestions. We are all 16 and near cypress, we all wanna try and do a big hangout before summer is over, nun too expensive but we can’t decide if we should check something out in downtown, or see if there’s a good place that’s entertaining nearby. I was wondering if y’all could help us on what to do next week during the weekdays since I got work in the weekends.
