Anyone who grew up in Towne Lake in the 2000s to early 2010s when did you notice things got built up there?

My family moved to the area around 2004-2005 when I was about 1 to 2 years old (I don’t know this this is what I was told by my parents) and I grew up in that area (specifically Danbury). Back then the road leading out lead to the strip mall and the empty plot of land and getting to HEB was over the bridge on the right and going to my school Postma was going to the left (Lone Star College and the CyFair Center had been built up by then).

I then returned several times after I moved and would always visit my grandfather who still lived there and would see slow progress first in 2014 then big changes by 2022 and 2024. It went from driving far into town to get groceries and to eat out to having all kinds of restaurants nearby and a great place to just hang out. I’m just wondering when it really had all of this build up.
