anyone wanna start movie club?

I saw a few post on here about them, but all the groups were on Facebook and I don't really wanna make a Facebook for it.

I thought it'd be cool to have a movie club in houston where we'd maybe watch the movies or shows on our own and meet up to talk about them or watch them together, either way works.

I've never started a club before so any suggestions help, just thought I'd be a cool way to make friends and watch movies!
