Anyone wanna jam? (honky tonk, old school country)

I just moved to Houston from Canada a month ago. Been playing in a band in Toronto for 20 years, and already missing the jams! I play acoustic rhythm and sing (listen to Justin Townes Earle's "Poor Fool" for the gist of what I love to do). Looking to jam with some like-minded musicians – open to super informal backyard jams, or bar gigs. Anyone know of any sites / places where musicians reach out to each other for this sort of this?
