Anyone thought much about the fact that if we ended up in a nuclear war, Houston is a top 6 identified site??

Thanks to Russia and their insane dictator, I have been thinking about the real threat of him nuking us. And by us, I mean Houston is a top 6 site.

Does that worry anyone else? Has anyone thought through what to do or where to go? We used to have shelters during the Cold War, but those have all been decommissioned.

Does anyone think it is a likely scenario?

I am not putting on my tinfoil hat, YET, but I have never as an adult felt like I needed to know what to do if one hit either.
