Anyone sign up with Constellation energy?

So my energy service provider sent me a letter stating that they are moving out of state…. Now I have to sign up with a different energy provider. I use the powertochoose.com website. The rates are outrageously high right now. I'm thinking of signing up with Constellation energy since they have good reviews on powertochoose. However, I google them and they have bad reviews on yelp but pretty good reviews on google reviews. I'm not sure what to believe. THey have a 12 month plan which is 14.6 cents per kilowatt and 14.9 cents per kilowatt for 36 months. I haven't switch energy providers in over 9 years. How long do you guys usually sign up for? It is a fixed rate with low cancellation fee.
