Anyone see the (dead) goat at Hardy St and West Gulf Bank Road?

Gave a co-worker a ride yesterday, and was turning off (southbound) Hardy St on to W Gulf Bank.
(It's marked Gulf Bank-Hardy Rd on google maps)

Aside from all the mattresses and garbage everywhere.. there was a dead, full size, adult goat on the shoulder!

So many questions..
