Anyone see a hit and run on Grand Pkwy this morning?

I was hit this morning at about 6:50am on the Grand Pkwy from behind by a light brown Chevy Silverado. They drove off immediately following and didn’t stop. There was a sheriff across the highway with someone in cuffs. I was driving a white Jeep Compass southbound into Houston. I think maybe the first three things on the plate were NWF? Please if you have dash cam footage or saw it let me know!
