Anyone renew their lease recently? Has your rent dropped?

One friend who lives in midtown renewed their lease last month and had their monthly rent drop by $200. Another who lives downtown was offered $500 off if he renewed but he ended up moving out of downtown. I got the early renewal offer for my apartment and my monthly is only dropping by $23.

Anyone else's rent dropping and if so by how much?
