Anyone recommend the MLK parade going on in downtown today or the MLK Grande Parade in midtown?

Went to the parade in midtown in 2019 and throughly enjoyed our time (also got a free t that said “MLK is for everybody”). I’m now seeing there’s actually a second parade as well going on downtown! I’m wondering if anyone has any feedback (i.e. parking) on either? Thanks in advance!
