Anyone lived in Camden Plaza Apt?

Friend is moving to Houston and wants to find a safe and quiet place to live. She’ll be working near Rice and is considering Camden Plaza Apt. She asked for my opinion as I’ve lived in Houston for a while.

I think the Camden Plaza is located conveniently (nearby restaurants and stores etc), and has good google map reviews lol, but I don’t really know anything else. Is it a relatively safe Apt? Is the management team reliable and honest?😅
