Anyone lived at MidtownOne80 (also known as Dolce)? Thoughts on the building and area?

Single male new to Houston – found this place online and rent looks great compared to other places I’ve looked at. Anyone have any bad experiences or thoughts about location (heard certain parts of the city aren’t the best). Thanks for the help!
