Anyone live in a home built by Westin Homes?

I am moving to Richmond area and love the look of Westin (those rotunda's!). After visiting them this month I found them to be disorganized, and the sales team to be kind of cold and not really helpful. Wasn't sure if this was telling of the whole process and if I should trust my gut and shop around other builders. Anyone have any positive experiences with them?
