Anyone know why I-10 is closed in Brookshire? Googling doesn’t turn up anything

Today (3/30) the electronic sign on westbound I-10 around Chimney Rock said 10 was closed in/at Brookshire. I can't find anything in google about the whole freeway being closed. Have to go to Katy this week and want to allow extra time if this closure is a multi-day construction thing.
