Anyone know where to get Asian Egg Salad Sandwich in Houston?

So one of my most favorite things to eat in the world is a Asian Egg Salad Sandwich. I use to always buy a bunch at Six Ping in Houston, however they have since stopped serving this type of sandwich.

So I was wondering if anyone here knows any other Asian places that would sell this type of Egg Salad Sandwich?

Note: I'm not talking about the American Egg Salad Sandwich. I want the Asian version of it.
