Anyone know where to find the Hobby Airport flight paths?

I have been able to find maps of flight paths for other airports but not for Hobby. I am interested in buying a home in that side of town and want to see what the flight paths are (i.e. amount of noise going over what neighborhoods). In addition I have heard they want to increase international flights there, and I wonder how that would change/expand flight paths. Any ideas?

Conversely, if you live near the airport, do you know what area has the most noise pollution?
