Anyone know where to find ‘a snowy cabin’ for a weekend?

I’m trying to take my fiancé away for his 40th in November and I know he would love to do some kind of airbnb cabin in a snowy place or even a ski lodge. Problem is, we only have 4 days for travel and stay. I’m trying to make sure we don’t end up flying to then drive three hours. Anyone have recommendations for where we can go?
