anyone know where I can find good fried pork belly?

I live in the Mid-West area of Houston near Bellaire and I'm looking for a place close to me that has a really good fried pork belly. Been to a couple of Asian night markets recently and found this place called Baan Thai that has big ol strips of fried pork belly to chop into pieces. Unfortunately, they don't have a brick and mortar to visit so I'm trying to find a new spot to satisfy that craving. Any suggestions?

From what I can gather, it's a Thai food item called Samcan Goreng?
