Anyone know where I can find a good Turducken in houston, Preferably one stuffed with crawfish étouffée if possible?

I first seen it on the John Madden documentary and decided I wanted to try one, especially since i’m not a major fan of traditional turkey. Researched and talked to a buddy who said he used to buy one from a guy years ago when he lived in Louisiana who did a stuffed crawfish étouffée turducken. Looked online and seen it’s actually a thing and wondered if there was a way to get one here.
