Anyone know what’s up with that “cartel” mansion?

It’s by Memorial Drive and apparently an Arab guy owned it for so long but then just completely abandoned it? A bunch of squatters are there as well? I wonder how you go about going in since it looks like a cool place to check out for that exact aesthetic (the abandoned feeling).
