Anyone know what this police procession or escort could have been tonight?

I was in Midtown around 7:15pm today and saw this almost 3 minute parade of police blocking off every street and parking lot entrance and exit. They were heading towards downtown from the museum district area. I have a video but realized you can’t post any in this group.
