Anyone know what they’re constructing on 610 and main?

I’m just curious to know what they’re constructing since I live nearby and pass it all the time. I know across from what they’re constructing it’s a shell gas station because they have a sign. But when you exit main from 610 west on the right hand side they’re constructing something and EEReed Construction is in charge of the project and I tried looking it up on their website and they don’t have it listed under their current projects
