Anyone know what the Muslim march was in Downtown today?

I was driving through downtown today and half the street were blocked off on Lousiana. Looked more like a ceremony rather than a protest or demonstration. Anyone have any info, just curious what it was about and wanna research the history of it, never seen it before.
