Anyone know this barbecue place I am describing? South Houston

I went to this in south houston a LONG time ago, 5-10 yrs ago. It was on long road, kind of a shack or a truck that just cooks and theres no seats, just pick up and go. I think it was served in those foam plate containers, and it felt like the middle of nowhere without buildings and dusty road and a wheelbarrow when u pull in or something (faint memory). It was really good though! Forgot the name
