anyone know of spots you can byob? Also, food recommendations in chinatown?

Hi all i'm not too familiar with the city and i have a friends birthday coming up so i'm trying to find some places to go. He's picky as s**t when it comes to drinks so i'm trying to find some cool places you can byob, any recommendations? Bars and stuff like that is cool just no clubs! Also does anyone know some good food spots in Chinatown? Besides ramen its still waaay too hot for that! Thanks in advance guys!
