Anyone know of any Chinese restaurants that have fried sweet rolls?

There’s a Chinese place up in Minnesota that made these to die for fried sweet rolls and after searching the menus of many Chinese restaurants in the area I havent been able to find them. I don’t actually know the name of them because they were more of a little treat the restaurant up north would give you w/o charge whenever you ordered takeout. Anyone know what I’m talking about/where I can find them?
