Anyone know of an affordable venue to hold an art class?

Not super particular on the area but I'm hoping to find a small rental where I'd be able to host a private drawing class.

There wouldn't be more than 8 people and it'd be for a couple hours.

Everywhere I've looked so far have high minimums for the amount of guests and hours.
