Anyone know of a place to repair GPU’s? (PowerColor Rx 590)

Howdy!

I'm in Houston for work and will be for some time. My PowerColor Rx 590, 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 just up and committed ritual suicide on me after just 25 months of ownership (And the warranty was only for 24 months 😑)

Given the insane price of a comparable GPU right now I'm interested in trying to get it repaired. Any suggestions?
