Anyone know if the Wino Fest event on the 27th is legit?

Saw the ad on Instagram and it’s hard to find any information online other than the promotional sites that belong to the event itself. I’m doubtful of the quality/legitimacy of this event considering $24 that includes sampling of 40+ wineries and access to the event.
