Anyone know if Millie Bush Dog Park has re-opened yet?

I went there about a week ago and the entire park and parking lot were underwater. The gates to the parking lot were closed as well, signifying (I assume) that the park is officially closed.

Basically any significant rainfall event in Houston will flood this place causing it to shut down for days or weeks. I guess that's the price you pay for building your park in a particularly low spot inside a flood control reservoir. Other than that inconvenience, I really like the place.

I wish there was a way to find out online the status of whether a park is open or not. I guess I could call the parks department? But I wouldn't want to bother some busy person at the parks department about that, nor do I really want to try to navigate their phone system.
