Anyone know how to get PEP for uninsured in Houston?

Hey l'm in a predicament right now as I think I have been exposed to someone with HIV. I recently slept with someone like a few hours ago, this individual said he's negative but his test result was from January so 3 months ago, he said he had a sexual partner who is in prEP before me and also said they did it bare.

(to make things even clearer he stealthed during intercourse and ejaculated in me) (Idk if I'm being paranoid ) I am also wondering if y'all have any advice on how to get/pay without insurance bc I’m a college student that is uninsured.

Edit: I reached out to the guy to ask if he’s on prep and he said is not on prep.
