Anyone know how to get my towed car back on Sunday?

I got towed from a parking lot yesterday at Heights. Sign has a number and name "Space City Auto Storage – 972-589 5383" I am calling the phone but they are not answering. Today is Sunday and I need the car back to go to work on Monday. I found their website it says they are close to Pasadena. Should I go to Pasadena? or They tow it somewhere else? This is just so frustrating
