Anyone know any decent tile installers?

It’s only 1200sqft install and out of that 500 needs to be demo and trashed. I have all the materials. But so far I had 3 different guys come in, do measurements. Then we agree on a price and date, then they don’t show up and when I call they say it won’t be enough and ask if we can add $300-500 more. I think they’re trying some games. Then I had two different guys come in and give me an absurd estimate for like $12-$15K. Any recommendations and what I should be paying for sqft?
