Anyone just scared AF to honk at drivers these days?

Saw a dumbass idiot turning right from the MIDDLE LANE as I was going behind him or her. Someone who suddenly swerved into my lane. I just quickly swerved also to avoid that getting hit by that car. The past me would have honked. I am absolutely not interested in getting a bullet in me ya'll. I think its ridiculous that this is what the situation is like now… easier to get guns and people getting bonded out like its Halloween candy. Something needs to change.
