Anyone in West University area with basic dog experience?

Getting a pup soon, wondering if anyone is willing to make some extra cash to help with basic training in the meantime while he grows older to be in boarding school ? Not asking for licenced professionals, just a simple if youve self trained your dog before and willing to guide me through the ropes?

I hear the first week is crucial to set the tone so would rather be overly cautious in getting it right . First time future owner & ambulatory wheelchair user so feeling slightly overwhelmed .

(Yes I've watched numerous YouTube videos , am better with live in person guidance )
