Anyone in Northwest Houston able to receive my identification documents so I can get photo ID (UPS shipping)

Hello all, Im 18m, currently homeless, and am finally able to order my birth certificate so I can get ID and therefore a job.

I’m wondering if someone in Houston has an address they would be able to receive a package at for me.

This is a air mail ENVELOPE from Vitalchek and I would provide you the receipt and tracking (I say this so you know I’m not trying to get someone to receive something illegal for me).

To pick up the delivery at a UPS store you need photo ID which obviously I don’t have.

I’m not looking for handouts, I have $20 saved I can give you for your time. I’ve contacted United Way, Multiple salvation army’s, multiple local churches, and The Beacon.

It’s very frustrating how close I am to finally having a photo ID and am unable to get my birth certificate into my hands…
