Anyone in here living in the humble/atascocita area?

Houses prices are finally coming down. I want to purchase a house. There are so many neighborhoods in this area. FallCreek, summer wood, eagle springs, lakeshore, the groves, waters edge, balmoral. I have my eye on Summerwood and Eagle Springs. West Lake Houston is very congested though. Lots of shoppings and restaurants around as well and 3 HEB around the vicinity so I don’t have to worry about grocery shopping.
