Anyone in 5th ward recognize this guy? Stole my wallet & phone while I was in Chinatown, drove back to the 5th ward and used the credit card 3 times. Getting cops involved seems like a waste of time. LMK if anyone recognizes him. Looks like he drives a red Nissan Sedan. Couldn’t pickup the plate #.
