Anyone here work with or closely with the Houston Health Department?!

There has been a serious claim by a doctor online today claiming that there is a human case in Houston of H5N1 Avian Flu. This person claims that the hospital has not yet disclosed this to the CDC or public. Can anyone please provide any information regarding this?!
