Anyone here remember Fame City?

I'm sure you might know of Funplex, it used to be called Fame City, looking to see if anyone here remembers it, as I'm on a hunt to see if anyone remembers their animated animal show, consisting of King Kong playing the piano, and a Wolf with a mustache hosting it, along with a dog playing the drums.
