Anyone here know what was going on at the Wells Fargo building downtown?

Sometime around 4 this afternoon there were at least 10-20 Local police and FBI vehicles around the building but not in a dramatic manor. At one point they had the section of Louisiana street in front of the building closed off from traffic. Seemed very controlled, but as to what they were doing is beyond me.
