Anyone here have Harris Health (Gold Card) Assistance and can share experiences about it?

I would like to know the good and bad. Costs. General experiences. ER visits. Clinic visits. Dental. Inpatient stays. Rehab. Experience with Plan 4 (most expensive plan). Tips & advice. Anything you can share. I am waiting to hear back from them after getting hours reduced. I believe I am on their Plan 4 ($95 clinic visits). TIA!
