Anyone have info/experience with Yes Prep elementary schools?

My husband and I are thinking of taking our daughter (currently in Kinder) out of her NES HISD school and enrolling her into Yes Prep. So far she is thriving but there is so many things that have changed that make my husband and I uncomfortable of the direction everything is going. Does anyone have any positive or negative input in the Yes Prep schools?
